As Pam's husband, I obviously don't qualify as a S.F.W. -                                      Southern Fried Woman. However, I do have a unique                                           perspective as to what it’s like to live with one.

My wife, being the Southern Fried Woman she is, as well as an aspiring novelist, has inspired me to publish this newsletter. As a spouse of a truly creative artist, I will share my thoughts and experiences of what it’s like to live with one. (Like I really need to.)

The newsletter isn’t just me complaining and celebrating my life with an author ... it’ll be much, much more.  I’ll update you on the events of the past month, so you can easily keep abreast of Pam's "Journey to Publication".

There will also be a feature called GUTBUCKET. (Talk about original.) Here’s where Pam can share from her gut the craft and business of writing.

I intend to solicit monthly contributions from other writers to share their experiences.

And lastly, MICHAEL'S MEANDERINGS ... I like the sound of it ... MICHAEL'S MEANDERINGS. I’ll do my best to stay focused on the trials, tribulations, highs and lows of living with someone destined and determined to be a success as a best selling author and teacher.

So, stay tuned!  Sign up today and your first issue will be on its way to you soon. (Please note, I’m not interested in selling your e-mail to insurance people, pill pushers, or mortgage brokers, so don’t worry, all you’ll receive is this newsletter.)

   PAMELA KING CABLE

"Too many of us are hung up on what we don't have, can't have, or won't ever have. We spend too much energy being down, when we could use that same energy -- if not less of it -- doing, or at least trying to do, some of the things we really want to do." - Terry McMillan
